Trained to high levels including: B.P.C.A. Level 1 and 2, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and to Level 2 Food Safety. As part of our continuing professional development we regularly undertake industry training and stay abreast of current practices and statutory requirements within the industry as a member of BASIS Prompt. We are also trained to IOSH Safety Standards.
